SA Investor Rentals ****

We completed our our inspection with Natasha Janssen. Who confirmed that the scuff marks on the walls and all things needing repairs are for the landlord. Then a week later after we follow up about our deposit refund, another person who was not in the inspection named Marindi Van As replies with new info that we are now responsible for these scuff marks and other things including labour which result in R1800 fees. Natasha now comes back with she was told by management that scuff marks are for the landlord and yet Marindi is on a different wavelength. There is a report signed that puts all responsibility to the landlord and now they are renegading on it. At first the refund was supposed to take 7 working days and now, only after we follow up this comes up. They are trying to milk us out of this deposit. They even made us pay for a cleaning fee of R850. Which we accepted but this is not accepted at all! We need urgent assistance. We are doing everything to get our deposit.
