Mismanaging rental security deposit

My lease expired and I moved out of the property on 2 February 2016. Before moving out I repaired some damages on the walls and painted them. An inspection was done by the inspector for the rental agency and he was impressed with the repairs to the property and even wrote on his book that flat was in good condition. Minor things like scratches on the door frame were unrepaired. The agent wants to deduct R1200 which I don't believe costs that much and on top of that they claim the walls need another coat which they claim costs over R3000 to do. I asked for copies of the invoices which they fail to produce. They are stalling in even paying out the amount they claim is due to me, which I totally dispute. I not sure why they are holding on to my money.Its long overdue.I have rights as a tenant and this agent is clearly abusing them. I have had to explain to Nadia why I need my deposit as if the agency is doing me a favour by returning my money. Even after explaining and pleading I have still not received it. I am not sure what Marzanne le Roux's problem is but I do deserve to get my money back. Their 2 weeks elapsed on 15 February already.
