IGrow Rental Agency Useless!! SA Investors Rental!!

IGROW RENTAL AGENCY!!

I HAVE MOVED INTO A RENTAL SPACE AS OF 1 ARPIL 2021.

I HAVE MULTIPLE ISSUES WITH THIS COMPANY SO FAR!!

I have tried calling Jaques our rental agent for weeks and turns out he resigned! I was never informed about this.

I have then made contact with numerous people at IGrow which then Crystal Leetion then assisted. I have logged tickets for certain things breaking in the house, no response on the tickets being logged. I then fix it myself and sent them the invoices. A discussion was held between myself and Crystal that they would deduct they rent less the invoice amounts. Which did not happen in July. We then agreed that August I would make a manual payment of the amount owed. I have done so yesterday and today my Rent was debited also. I am now told to reverse the money on my app and that's it!! This is bull**** and people needs to be hold accountable for thier actions. I hope that this finds the right eyes. Please may I have urgent help on the matter as I have no money in my account!!
