"I WISH YOU NEVER HAVE CHILDREN"

<p>Ok so in January I wrote and review about Mandy Hoffman becuase of her unproffesional behaviour. Her manager said that she will personally come and apologozie, well that statement was just as pathetic as the service that we had from her because that never happend. </p> <p> </p> <p>Then in May we give notice that we will be moving out end of June, the email was received in good order. By 19 June we enquire about the progress. Mandy Hoffman ensured us that no one yet qualified and that the place has been advertised for a long time now. My girlfirend asked her for the link that the property is being advertised so that we can help the progress by sharing it. Two days later we have to ask again and then se send us the link, on it dated that the listing is only on the 21 June 2016 thus she was dishonest in conducting bussiness... Well not sure if that is the EAAB standards but will defnintely follow it up with them... Then yesterday she asked whether we can meet at 7pm last night to do the inspection, we agreed and she asked for a 15 minutes heads up. So at 20 to 7 we send her an sms that we will be there at 7pm. She only arrives 20 past 7. We were almost on our way out. My girlfriend then told her that we were almost leaving then she went on screaming about that we are the worst customers ever. No one ever complains about her... Though that is a lie too becuase we actually have met someone else who is also very unhappy about her... But anyway I told her that we are leaving and that we can come back today at 7am. She then screamed that we should understand that she has a 5 year old daugter , my girlfriend rep**** that then maybe you should find a job that is suitable for you if you have a 5 year old on which she screams "I wish you never have children". </p> <p> </p> <p>Now, SA investor rentals my question to you is, are you okay with such behaviour???</p>
