Do not rent from SA Investor Rentals
I stay at the Bolton in Rosebank.
SA Investor Rentals is my landlord.
I pay R10,000 (including sanitation and admin fee) every month for the most terrible service.
When I threaten to not pay until I do receive quality service they just threaten me with a negative impact on my credit score.
When I submit requests for maintenance they are just rejected.
There are a number of issues including but not limited to: The building is infected to the brim with insects. They fumigate once a month and it doesn't help. I still kill about ten ****roaches every day (I have a video that proves this) The noise disruption outside (hooting and people having parties in a parking lot) and inside the building (constant shouting and fighting) is incessant and drives me insane unless I am wearing my headphones which I can't do all the time.
If there is anyone reading this that stays in the Bolton and are experiencing issues please include your review here so that these slumlords can do the right thing and either offer a better service or reduce the enormous rent for a 20 square meter apartment.
I'll be moving out ASAP.
