Hello I app**** a loan with Sa Income Finance that's who they call themselves. I spoke with Ms Ayanda who told me I have to transfer 1750 for the contract so that the lawyers can assist with the payment and then they sent me a text that I need to pay 450 for the money to be paid into my account. I did all of that then 3 days later they are unavailable I couldn't reach them anymore. Few days after the incident Ayanda called I told her /him to refund my money I'm canceling the whole process and Ayanda told I have to pay 690 for the refund. I don't know what kind of company does this but they are totally not professional.Till today I haven't heard from them and I haven't got my money back, what should I do regarding this matter?
