Possible loan sharks

I have tried to secure a loan form this company for about 6 months or more. My initial loan amount was R30 000. I was told that I was accepted but I had to pay some admin fees. This I did but the loan nver came. Everytime I had trouble gttting hold of them but when they wanted more and more money they would hound me for it. Thye then suddenly increase the loan to R50 000 then to R100 000 everythime promising me that if I pay this fee or that fee i would get the loan. I got suspesious and wrote a letter to the national credit provider who informed me that any person who wants money up fron is a *********. I meediately got in legal advice. At the end of the day I have paid out some R10 000 and still not recieved any money. They want R2500 because they say it is to clear my name at ITC. I sought legal council and with some difficultly obtained a loan agreement but not on an offical letter head. I dont know which way to turn and i do not want to loose all that money I trust you can help.
