Zero Feedback, Zero Urgency

I have a home loan with SA Home Loans and have my home insurance with them. 12 days ago on Saturday evening we had a massive storm and my street front wall fell over. I contacted them on Sunday morning and the claim was apparently logged and told someone would be out asap to assess and get this process started as it is a high risk claim, having no street front protection. On Monday there was no feedback, I phoned them, they firstly could not find the claim and then once they did find the info, had to resubmit with the new 'office hours' shift.

Since then I have had two assessors come past and no communications or updates from SA Home Loans. The second assessor who came past two days ago informed me that there were still additional quotes that needed getting. More than that, they could give me no more info. There is no sense of urgency, no feedback and nothing happening... my home, dogs and 4x children, 2 of which are babies are left vulnerable.

Sadly the service of SA Home Loans is top class when applying for a bond and the world is promised, but once you have signed on, the service is shocking or non-existent.
