Please note that I gave in Notice to process cancellation for sale of property on the 26th July 2023, then again renewed it on the 24th of October 2023, So you where aware that this property was on the market for sale. I have had a buyer since November and have proceeded to abide by you demands and pay the Interest was calculated from 1/11 – 31/01 at 12,30% = R25 909,15, this payment was done in Dec/Jan it is almost March and only now I am being told of firstly by your consultant two weeks ago that the title deeds were damaged in a flood then now recently that they are lost. I am being told that this week I was supposed to sign a Section 68(1) this week and its Friday and I have not been contact by SA Homeloads yet.

Your negligence is costing me money and could possible cost me the sale of this property, I have had a buyer since November , I have been your customer for almost a decade and this is the service I am receiving? Contact me ASAP!
