Your service is PATHETIC!!!!

Your service is utterly disgusting! I own two properties, one insured through Guradrisk and the other through you A$$CLOWNS!

I am moving to a new insruance broker and have decided to consolodate my insurances. I sent the Notice of cancellation, together with proof of new cover to YOU and Guardrisk at 14:30 On Monday.

At 16:30 on the same day Guardrisk confirmed cancellation.

At 14:00 Yesterday, I recevied "My requested policy information documents"

This, is something that I did not request, and as yet........going on 48 hours later, I am no closer to getting any sort of confirmation that my request has been dealt with!!!!
