Your adverts are misrepresenting

I have app**** for SA homeloan, yes the feedback in Sales is very quick, however getting the homeloan to be paid its a hassle. this has been dragging for months and its starting to leave a bad taste in my mouth as nobody is giving me positive feedback. my loan application on the Offer to purchase I have clearly stipulated the terms that the deposit has been paid to the seller, why has this not raised before I sign the contract I am not sure only when the payments have to be made its when they start questioning the deposit that was paid to the seller, now I am being told this does not meet the requirements, I will if only this was raised before I sign then I would have made an informed decision, now I am unhappy client as no one is given me feedback as to whether they withdrawing the application or is it just going to stay like that. I call the registration attorney they SA homeloans is declining, we try calling SA homeloans they refer me back to the attorneys
