Worthless insurance cover from SA Homeloans

Had a burst pipe under my house. Plumbers had to use a jackhammer to get below tiles and concrete to repair leak. I have had insurance with SA Homeloans for over 30 years. SA homeloans said insurance dies not cover any work done to repair burst pipes. Worthless such insurance.
