Worst service ever

We submitted a claim in beginning of December and still not resolved, passing the problem to the service provider who was supposed to do this but then they are the problem They agreed to accept the claim with the service provider and paid the settlement into our account and still no claim completed, theu aslo do not return to emails and constantly when I phonefor the lady who handles the claim she is conveniently busy on the other line Two months and no damages resolved,on top of this we did not know about the cracks under the carpets as we bought the house 3 years ago and now when we wanted to revamp we noticed it, claim conveniently was declined because statement was made ot was fixed before, we are the new owners, we don't know what the previous owners did,SA Homes has no clients interest at heart at all and very disappointed with how they treat their new clients
