Worst Service Ever!!

Hi,

So my first claim in about 15 years left me shocked at the level of dont give a **** attitude I recieved form the SA Homeloans claims devision. I made the call on the 11th of December and to date not 1 call from them . It took me 5 calls to get them to finally get an accesor on site more than a week later. Then I had to keep phoning for an update to wich I was told no she is on lunch or she is waiting for the documentation or she recieved it but she is revieweing your case 3 times!! . Finally recievfed the mail (still not 1 call made from them) sorry we reject your claim.. So a wall that has been standing for 15+ years and after other walls fell over in that time a section of mine fell over now deemed mine was not build to specification. 1 I purchased the house with an existing wall that by the way was solid for 15 years.Now on the first claim I make they find the excuse not to pay out .Yet 3 houses down a wall fairly similar to mine also fell over and the matter got settles in 3 days by outsurance.

Really disgusted with the service and attitude form them .
