Worst Service Ever

<p>I have put in a claim on my house which was rejected via a telephone call. I rep**** to the rejection that I would like to object to the rejection and that I want to lodge a complaint with the relevant ombudsman, but for this I need the rejection in writing.</p> <p>After two months and several email and telephone calls, I have still not received the formal rejection in writing so that I can take action on this rejection. </p> <p>Either they are just useless or they type very slow at SA Homeloans Insurance.</p>
