worst Insurance service provider

<p>We have had multiple issues with SA Homeloans insurance. Due to the bad weather that Durban has experienced in the recent months, we have had multiple claims of damage due to this. Damages have occured to our roof, ceiling, and cupboards. They had rejected these claims with stupid excuses about "Maintenance" on the ceiling and roofs. They have also claimed that some of the damage was existing.</p> <p> </p> <p>We have not had a leaks or existing damage to our ceiling. It seems that SA Homeloans makes any excuse to reject the claims. I will be raising this issue on all social network platforms possible along with lodging a complaint with the relevant ombudsman.</p>
