Worst Insurance BEWARE AND RUN AND CHANGE TO A COMPANY THAT IS RELIANT !😡😡

This is the worst company and Insurance in the History of Insurances. Full of excuses and honestly *****s. My parents have been a client for 15 years from this piece of **** company. Due to a hail storm causing catastrophic damage on their house- they are refusing to help repair. Their roof is leaking everywhere- making the roof almost collapse. Steel outside was bent from the weight of the hail- over a meter on the roof😱 but we thought at least you have insurance. Wrong clearly they just take 💰 and leave their loyal client in the dirt. My recommendation to any future or existing clients is RUN!!! Run away from this ******* , horrible Insurance that will take your money but never be there for you. If I could rate you SA Homeloans it would be -*** shall I continue??? Consumers RUN because they will take your money and not help you in your time of need nor your loved ones in their time of need.
