Worst customer service

Their service is the worst. Biggest mistake we made was purchasing our second property with them. Their insurance premiums is high. You buy a house for R1 000 000 and they will force you to insure it for R5 700 000. And will not allow you to insure with a reasonable insurance company for R2 500 000 to R3 000 000 which seems reasonable
