Worse Bull service ever

The worst. They don't even deserve a 1 star. They are quick to take they money for your bond monthly but when you want to access your available funds in your bond they have the worse **** they come up with. Still up until today a year later we don't have our insurance papers, we don't have the life policy papers on our house. As soon as we want to take money from the house to settle some debt they advice no sorry you can't settle debt with that money. ***
