Why was I not told?

So I had an arrangement that was approved by them to not pay the bond for a-few months when I was finishing at school and now I want to try and access some funds on the extra funds that I have already paid but they telling me that the system doesn't allow it because of the payment history. This doesnt make any sense cause I didnt just miss the payments but was given the green light not to pay, and before the arrangement or even after, I have NEVER missed even s single payment. Anyways, it is your loss cause you were gonna benefit from this.
