Wasted time

I have been trying to get info on second bond and no matter how much I try I seem to be battling, you need to beg for feedback/update and now I am told I was not truthful in the amounts I put down as expense, why on earth would I lie? I am not gonna beg to get service since there are other banks out there would would love to assist me.
