Wannabe Insurance Company
Registered a claim on the 18th of July with these wannabe insurance. After numerous emails to them asking/begging them to inform me about the status /outcome of the said claim, no response whatsoever. What's up with these guys??Are they still in business??

02 Jul 2024, 17:07So,these wannabe insurance finally responded today,only to inform me that it was damp that caused the tiles to crack,this after nearly 30years in my residence????If i differ from their so called assessor, i need to get my own contractor to proof them wrong.....the costs involved will be solely my responsibility(2400) were the cheapest contractor.The same thing happened about three years ago with the sagging of my ceiling ,yet again this so called assessor informed his boss(sahl)that there were a leak on the roof,and due to lack of maintenance it caused the ceiling to sagg.Well,an independant plumbing contractor did the inspection on my behalf.,no leakage....8000 rand later did it cost me to replace the ceiling.Please do not switch to sahl,although halt a percent cheaper on your rates,they will definately make it up by not paying or considering paying claims.You are on your own,sahl insurance does not pay claims,period
