VERY POOR SERVICE FROM SA HOMELOANS

I app**** for a home loan through SA homeloans, they have requested documentation over documentation and always given us a time frame that they will come back to us and not once have they come back to us on time, the consultant Dhesigan Naicker has by far the worst customer service I have come across, It took him almost 2 months to approve a loan and not for the full amount, I then went to better bonds and they approved the bond within 3 days from 3 different banks and all for the full amount. I would advise any home buyers to not waste their time with SA homeloans as they do not treat customers fair and never keep to their promise.
