Very Dissappointed

A few days ago, I requested SA HomeLoan to assist me with a settlement letter stating that my bond with them is now settled. I received a WhatsApp message from a person called Fiona Khan who ask me how she can assist me. I Explained how I needed assistance and then quite no respond and i again explained to her to please refer me to someone who can assist me or a contact detail where I can contact the relevant person myself.

Up until today I have heard nothing from this Fiona Khan person as I suppose since I have settled my bond with SA HomeLoan, I am no longer important client.

SA HomeLoans has never treated clients like this but i suppose lots of things has change in SA as a hole where people does not have a passion for their work, they just want to collect the salary and not work for it.

Very, very disappointed.
