Very Bad Service

Family members, husband and wife app**** for a bond in 2019 and was approved, they moved into the house in August, while the process was still taking place... They have had endless problems with attorneys messing up the paper work. The bond was supposed to register in February 2020,but again... Paperwork was missing... Then Covid-19 and lock down happened... and even after the restrictions were eased there was still nothing from SA Homeloans... Eventually contact were made and they were told that by end of January 2021 the bond will register... Then again it was another story at end of January 2021...They were now told by the attorney that they are waiting on SA Home Loans for paperwork, when they made contact with SA Homeloans, the person who dealt with their paperwork now no longer work there... And they now need to re-submit payslips and bankstatements... They have been living in this house for almost 2years now,and is slowly but surely at their witts end... Please assist...
