Very Bad Insurance

I have had a claim being rejected after storm damage. They now claim that the company that installed my Solar geyser in 2018 did a lousy job. after a storm moved the geyser and damaged my roof. They also seem to have Generic "rejection" letters and are not willing to reconsider my claim I have moved my building insurance away from them after paying the for over 25 years Very dissapointing
