Very Bad cutomer care.

Good day I would like to express my utter anointment with SA Homeloans. I settled my bond on 02/07/2020 and canceled it on 13/07/2020. Requested the transport act and after numberless requests witch I was only given a runaround until to date 04/11/2022 did not received it or was contacted about it. I'm so tired of this poor service it just shows they don't care about any thing but take your money.
