Unyielding and Merciless!

I had my SA Homeloans debit order go off on the 26th of every month since my salary was paid in on the 25th. My work has subsequently changed my pay day to the first of every month. SA Homeloans refuses to change my debit order date. I was told that if I wanted my debit order date moved back a mere 4 days then I must pay an full loan installment upfront...... What?!?! Why!?!?!?! So now they keep debiting me on the 26th and it returns causing me to pay bank charges on top of it! *****s!! I'm also faced with an onslaught of sms's, emails and phonecalls from them threatening me until I pay. A simple thing for them to do and they refuse and I'm treated like a ********...... It's a house, what am I going to do? Steel it?!? I am not a ********, I'm their f*cking customer! SA Homeloans is completely indifferent to the needs of their clientele. They suck!
