Unhappy customer. SA Home Loan

Good day

I have wasted my time going to Tsakane Capitec Bank Yesterday 2021/10/06. I app**** for a Home loan. Which they assured me that I'll get a Call from SA Home loan same day. they are working as a middle Man for it.

I left there around 13:00. Since then until today 2021/10/07 around 11am I called Capitec about this matter they apologized and gave me SA home loan number which I immediately called there was no answer being holding for 5 minutes. I made another call around 11:45.

I got a Lady by Liezel saying she doesn't work with Home loans. She will refer my call to Veshon. He will call me. I waited for 2 hours for Veshon no luck.

I called Liezel again. She said, she doesn't know why he's not calling. He will give my number to a supervisor. Last call 16:05 got a call from a Guy named Brendan.

I asked why was I kept waiting from yesterday. He said to me. I should go back and ask those people who said to him, He must give me a call or go back to Capitec Branch for that. With such attitude He asked me. Can I help you Sir. Being surprised by such attitude, I asked him what. He just hanged up the phone.

I'm not happy with SA Home Loan Consultants.
