Unauthorized credit check

This morning I checked my credit report I saw that SA home loans made an enquire on my transunion report. I know i am under debt review why will i apply for a home loan.

I call the previous day just to find out how SA Home loans assist government employees why did they do a credit check. I request for the enquire to ve removed from my credit report.
