Unauthorised Credit Check

Last week I received a credit alert notification on my Transunion account that an enquiry was made on my name/profile.

As per an email sent to ***, I did NOT request this credit application, nor did I authorise such credit enquiry on my profile!!!!

This has now affected my credit profile adversely and I will not tolerate this!!!!!!

I was advised you will get back to me within 48 hours, but this has not been the case.

I want your enquiry removed from my profile and have my credit score amended for the points you have now cost me!!!!!
