Unacceptable behavior

I am disappointed and irritated by SA Home loans. My husband passed away almost a year ago and still they do not finalise my claim. I have been paying my bond every month since he has passed, they have requested DNA tests, since months ago, all documents have been submitted, detective have contacted them given them all information, pathology has been contacted, my attorneys have been in contact with them, and still they are trying to find issues and prolonging the matter, just so that they do not have to pay. They are questioning qualified people that do tests and write reports everyday of their life. I have heard that no one has ever gone through what I am currently going through, up and down,seening people with authority regarding my matter I will not leave it as this is what they want. Making sure every month that your bond is paid, just to suffer when something like this really happens. I would not recommend anyone to go to SA Home loans because it's all about money to them not caring about people suffering. I will continue following up even if I have to take them to court. They is unacceptable
