Truly service on a different level

Since the day I switch to SA Homeloans, they have lived up to the promises. My preferred way of contacting them is via email, and it amazes me that they always understand my requests, and always action it correctly. This may seem like a simple thing, but I've dealt with many companies and they simply cannot get this right. I am truly impressed with the efficiency of the admin email team, they have always delivered great service and I just felt its worth saying thank you on a public space. SA Homeloans truly is what banks was supposed to be. Keep it up.
