Too concerned about getting new customers, they forget they already have a clientele

From reading the other reviews; I'm guessing that this one too will not receive a response.

I find it disgusting to apply for a small amount <20000 and have it declined because their calculator says so; Even if the funds are there. They are too concerned about getting tax writeoffs and new clients that they forget to close the back door. A true sign of success is when you have clients coming back for to give more business.
