This worst experice on buying a house EVER!

We app**** for the home load telephonically got christline as our sales representative, everything went well last we spoke with her was last year before our house was build, now everything is build this year she's no where to be found we call her numbers she's not available tried to get help from other consultants but they keep saying we must speak to christine, today I wannet to speak to her supervisor and was told they don't give managers cintacts, then am I suppose to wait until she comes back from who knows where and starts answering her phone, I'm really frustrated with my experience with Sa home loans I just don't know what to do, I live in jhb am I suppose to go all the way to Durban to get this this thing sorted I just don't know...
