THE WOLF IN SHEEPS CLOTHING

Extremely disappointed with SA Home loans, **** service and poor communication. Our bond repayments has been steady for a while now, even through all inflations. All of a sudden my wife gets a housing subsidy and now SA Home Loans pushes up our monthly instalment, without notification and demand the short fall of R238 as the account is in the arrears. This would not have been a problem but, there was no communication via sms email or even send me a ***eon. And what I also find strange is shortly after we got the housing subsidy instalments goes up.
