THE ROOF IS FALLING APART AND THE FURNITURE IS GETTING DAMAGED

Since 2018, I have been trying to get them to fix my roof, they've sent their assessors to come and check the damage and they gave me an overall feedback that they have to replace the whole roof but its been over 5 years now and nothing has been done . Now the furniture has been damaged and they only contacting me when they increasing their premiums.
