I had on Monday 9 Dec 2019 voiced my unhappiness with SAHLs response to our Mudslide and Burst water pipe damage report where the HOC declined to assist or send an Assessor. I need to give credit where it is due please. SAHL contacted me are very sympathetic and have sent an Assessor to review the damage. We have had a nightmare week cleaning mud and water from the house and property whilst the rain continued unabated.

Our floors and cupboards are damaged but we are relieved nobody was injured in this ordeal.

Thank you SAHL for showing concern and also assisting. Apologies to the HOC consult Louis and Marcelle who bore the brunt of my frustration, we had a a really tough time. Regards Peter Korte
