terrible service

I put through a claim 3 months ago with Sa home loans for insurance cover for my damages from a storm, the service I experienced was pathetic and terrible, firstly it tooks them very long to look into my claim, they then made me call in tons of times for feedback and waste my money on calls, The people assiting me was very clueless, my claim was rejected saying I should have maintained my house , how can I predict a storm and go prevent my walls and yard from being damaged I am living in the property less than two years and I have pictures of it being it great condition when purchased had it been in that condition the house would not have passed all tests and inspections, I am highly disgusted by this service and what makes Sa homeloans staff more *********** is the rejection letter I received is not even for my home and I have proof of it, I would never recommended Your services to anyone as it is the worst ever...Switching will be my next option...
