Terrible customer service for Homeowners insurance through SA Homeloans. *******

Hi, I have been a customer with SA Homeloans for 16 years, I have never made a claim for any repairs, recently a part of my roof collapsed during a heavy wind storm. I was told they would not repair it and they would send me a report, two weeks later my roof is still collapsed and I have still not received a report. All these companies want is to take our money and charge us ridiculous interest rates. I think it is pathetic that they are not willing to help, but let me be a couple of days late on my bond, they are quick to harass and bother me for their money. I want these people to come to the party and repair my roof as I have been paying home owners insurance for such a case. If not I would like all my money back for which I have paid insurance with interest so I can repair it myself. Bad customer service, will never deal with them again.
