Such haphazard conduct

<p>I heard great stories about Sa homeloans making dreams come true. Only to have been contacted by Reshma Jithoo, obviously a very junior consultant. I sent her my application on 14 June around 9am. With no response by Friday, I emailed to check on progress. No out of office response. I get a call this morning to say she wasn't in on Wed and Friday but she submitted my application now and it looks like 10.1% interest approval. I then get an approval in principle stating a deposit of R500000. To my horror because we indicated a deposit of R50000. I then tell her about the error and she says oh she's sorry but now we longer qualify. It makes me wonder WHAT WAS SUBMITTED? WAS MY APPLICATION EVEN GIVEN SUFFICIENT CONSIDELATION? DID SHE EVEN NOTE MY INCREASE LETTER AND HIGHER SALARY? pls may a senior consultant such as natasha Senegal have a look at my application. I am disappointed by the lack of commitment to assist in the biggest steps of our lives. All Reshma could say was if I'm unhappy I can deal with someone else </p>
