I signed for surety-ship on a property in 2002 with my then girlfriend, we broke up and now 16 years later i am shocked to find that i'm blacklisted for this property I then contacted them and was told they cant help me because i cant answer the security question.

How the hell must i remember anything as i never even had a copy

They see me on the system but cant assist because of a question
