Stupid and unreasonable equity access rejection

So, I have app**** for equity on my homeloan. My mortgage is +-R6k/month, however i decided to pay R7800/month instead. Now, to get the equity, my mortgage will increase to around +-R8k/month. Now, this company rejects my applications because "THEY" say i can't afford +-R8k/month yet I currently pay R7800/month instead of the agreed +-R6k/Month. They don't even say how much do I qualify for, they just said I dont qualify. How absurd because even if the equity takes my monthly bond to R7500, I am fine as this within my budget. Bond account ***. This is ******* especially when clients make extra efforts on their bonds. How much do I qualify for? if I don't qualify for what I previously app**** for, what do I qualify for? Either you are becoming useless, unreasonable or just don't care. Wish I can move my account to another institution.

Kudos to K****tso Bokaba, she tried resolving the issue. Sahomeloan now wants married certificates? They have and can access all info from my partner. We are married traditionally that's the main reason you decline access to my own bon? Traditional marriages are considered legal in SA as long as you can provide all the evidence including photos of the ceremony and family exchange agreement letters which we have. This is ************** against African Culture. Worse, you can see the others bonds are on both our names. Never again shall I use this institution which treats you like a ********.
