Struggle to get burts geyser replaced.

I am struggling to get my kwikot geyser replaced who burst last Thursday night.

The claim was rejected by SA Homeloans (claim number CL***) as the geyser was within the warranty period an needs to be replaced by Kwikot.

The reference with Kwikot is *** who after i enquired with them today via their customer care number that it is a second replacement and the warranty is therefore not valid and they will not do the replacement I am struggling without warm water and can't get a positive response from SA Homeloans Insurance. The Agent Anele Zondo at SA Homeloans does not respond to my enquirues including the email ***.
