Storm damage claim rejected.

I put in a claim for damage to my roof due the storm in Cape Town. SA Homeloans reject the claim and said it was due toe wear and tear but the company who inspect it said the damage was clearly because of the storm. They clearly just looking for an excuse not to pay and fix the damage. Really bad service. I will seek other insurance to cover my property.
