STILL NO ACTION ON A CLAIM!! PATHETIC SERVICE

Well, since my last HelloPeter complaint on the very same item, it has now been 6 weeks and STILL no action from SA Homeloans Insurance! I have had to personally phone EVERY WEEK to follow up and still nothing! Why should we put up with this poor service from SA Homeloans contractors when we are paying for this????
