Stay Away from SAHL
I sold my property at a loss of R220k. With all the other banks you pay back the shortfall interest free. But SAHL are making me pay them back the money as though it's a normal bond. R2500 a month: R2300 is interest. R200 goes towards the capital. For 16YEARS!! Over a property that I have already surrendered!
If you value your money - stay as far away from SAHL as you can.
