Spectacular client service!

Wow Wow!

Some of the best service I have received in a very long time from a financial institution, and the person responsible for this is Nomakha Mpofana. She fought so hard for my husband and I to get a spectacular interest rate to switch our home loan. She kept us informed every step of the way, was almost always available when we called on her direct line and called us back the times she was not able to answer.

Even though we didn't end up switching, she deserves to be congratulated on her awesome client service! Thank you so much Noma for making such a stressful process, a pleasure!
