SOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO Disgusted and Dissapointed

<p>If I could choose a rating into the negative that would be great...</p> <p> </p> <p>So we had a problem with the pressure vavle on the geyser a few months back, they sent a company called Imbazu trading to come fix it, a few months later +/- 3, the overflow started running consitantly again, once again Imbazu trading came out assessed said now the geyser is leaking, once again excess had to be paid, a few days after they replaced the geyser the overflow started leaking again and the pipes making noise...now they say it is the pressure valve that is faulty and that is the manufacturers problem yesterday they said the manufacturers will be at the property today, now show... </p> <p> </p> <p>Surely an insurance board should have proffesionals doing jobs...the same company made a note that the pipes weren't connected properly to the geyser...which their own people did... ?????</p> <p> </p> <p>It was promised to me by a lady from Imbazu trading that I would have a reference number and contact details for Kwikot, the manufacturer of the part, I am still waiting for the message...</p> <p> </p> <p>This is utterly pathetic service... </p> <p> </p> <p>I would definitely not reccomend to use these guys and if Imbazu trading is on your insurance board, I would reccomend demanding from your insurance that they should send someone else to repair any plumbing claims...</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
