So Far so good

<p>Hi, I just want to say how impressed I am with SA Home loans, last night my geyser burst, I remembered that I had a policy with SA Home loans as they sent me a policy schedule recently, I called they after hours number, it took about 5 minutes for someone to answer, but the guy was so friendly, simple and to the point, he opened my claim within 2 minutes, he said someone will call me from the plumbing department, 3 minutes later got another call to advise that the plumber will come ouot tomorrow, at about 08:30 this morning i got another call from a lady to advise me of a new claim reference, advised me who will be handling my claim, told me the plumbers company name, i also got 3 emails about the process, the plumber hasnt called me yet, but i predict that i will be getting a call shortly and if my geyser is replaced today, then this would be a really awesome service from SA home loans, it is so wierd that companies are actually starting to do the rightr thing, i know this is off topic, but earlier this week, Makro also impressed me with an order and a delivery within 24 hrs, like keep up the good work guys, it is really nice to see companies driving customer service with such speed and quality, </p>
